Our charges in any matter are based on hourly rates for time spent except the generic Conveyancing matters, of which rates vary according to the degree of responsibility involved experience and skills required. For generic Conveyancing matters i.e. transfers and mortgage bonds, we charge in terms of negotiated fee arrangement with our client.
